We understand that feeding your baby and navigating postpartum life can feel overwhelming, isolating, and full of unknowns.
At Dragonfly Lactation, we create a safe, gentle space for you to land — a place where you and your baby are seen, heard, and deeply supported.
We offer a variety of services to nurture your journey, including lactation support, postpartum doula care, babywearing guidance, and nutrition support. Our goal is simple: to help you feel held, cared for, and confident as you move through this precious season of life.
My Story
After the birth of my first child, I struggled. I struggled to recover from a hard birth, I struggle to feed him, I struggled with postpartum depression and anxiety, and most of all struggled with who I was now.
The new me.
After this experience, I knew I wanted to help other families. I want families to know this is a huge shift for everyone, but they don't have to do it alone. You don't have to wonder which way to turn because we will walk along side you.
Dragonfly Lactation has always been a dream of mine. A place where you can come as you are to be seen, heard and well supported. This isn't just a place for moms. This is a place for whole families.
